1 Definitions and Applicability

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account with tk9171 status, the user must be at least 21 years old. National ID card or passport details may be verified as proof of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account, once identified, will be cancelled immediately.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a person has more than one account, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple registrations using the same mobile number, device, or payment account are not permitted.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, the user receives a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; to make this bonus withdrawable, a wager of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the bonus amount, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be placed. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering is complete. There is a set time limit for fulfilling the wagering requirements, and the bonus may be cancelled if the requirements are not met within that time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to use bonus benefits dishonestly — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or systematically trying to meet bonus requirements through risk-free betting — the bonuses and winnings on the relevant accounts will be cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless tk9171 status cancels it due to an error or technical fault. Bets placed in the live betting section after an event has started will be settled at the latest odds applicable to that match.

7.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time. The odds in effect at the time the bet is confirmed will be considered valid. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical fault, tk9171 status reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.3 Result Determination

Results for all sports betting, including cricket and football, will be determined based on the official result of the relevant sport. If an event is incomplete or cancelled, separate rules will apply to that bet, to be determined at the discretion of the tk9171 status authority.

8 Casino and Slot Games

Live casino, slots, and table games are available at tk9171 status casino. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are displayed when the game loads. tk9171 status will not be held responsible if game results are affected by a technical problem occurring on the game provider's server.

In casino games, each spin or round is independent and does not depend on previous results. If an unusual win occurs in any game due to a software error, the right to cancel that win is reserved.

9 VIP Program and Cashback

For example, if a Gold-level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. The criteria for VIP level upgrades are reviewed regularly. VIP benefits may change at any time.

Prohibited Activities and Liability

Any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

Operating an account or claiming bonuses through fraudulent means
Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
Placing bets using automated bots or third-party software
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
Gaining unauthorised access to another user's account
Conducting cyber attacks on the tk9171 status system
Creating multiple accounts under false identities

If such activities are identified, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Account Suspension and Closure

If a breach of these Terms is proven
